AC Haley - singer, bassist, songwriter

AC Haley is a singer who accompanies herself on bass. After a  career as a  ballet dancer Ms. Haley turned her talents to music. Her show "Best Loved Classics,"  a collection of the world's best and best known standards, classical songs, hymns and sacred music.  Haley has played at  Goodbye Blue Monday, The Wyndham Garden Hotel Sky Lounge, The Reprise Room at Dillons, The Park Central Hotel, Dixon Place,  The Cocoa Lounge, and many others.  Ms. Haley has also sung with the choir at  St. Anns and the Holy Trinity under the direction of  Gregory Eaton, the  Brooklyn Conservatory Chorale under the direction of Nelly Vuksic, the Grace Episcopal Brooklyn Heights choir under the direction of  Paul Olsen, and the  chorus of  Metro  Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Phil Nuzzo.   Ms. Haley works  with  Patricia  Woodard, voice  teacher and  coach.
In  2016 Haley released her first full length album TRUE, and she has just completed her 43 minute oratorio; Songs and Music from the text of Moby Dick.  She sings regularly for Alzheimer's and dementia patients in Brooklyn.
